About the Journal
UJOME is a bi-annual journal dedicated to the advancement of researches in the field of Marketing and Entrepreneurship Education, and other related fields in Management Sciences and Humanities by publishing scholarly articles that resonate with contemporary issues. The journal is conceived as a forum for sharing and debating healthy theoretical discourses, practical experiences, empirical findings as well as specific challenges confronting practitioners of Marketing and Entrepreneurship in Nigeria and other countries. In addition to well researched and thought-provoking contributions in the form of full journal articles; well-articulated, analytical and critical reviews of books covering contemporary issues in marketing and entrepreneurship education in Nigeria and other countries are welcome. UJOME is a high-quality double blind peer review journal. Papers would be published purely on their intellectual merits. It is a publication of the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Maiduguri, Maiduguri. Borno state, Nigeria.
Scope
UJOME covers wide range of topics on contemporary issues in Marketing, Entrepreneurship Education, Business Administration, Business Information Technology, Business Education, Economics and Econometrics, Mass Communication, Law (Marketing related), Accounting, Public Administration, Taxation, Banking and Finance, other fields in Management and Social Sciences and any other field that are adjudged by the Editorial Board as suitable for publication in the journal.
Submission (Requisites for publishing)
v Articles submitted must be original in content and of good quality.
v Article submitted must not have been published previously or currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
v Book review is also accepted if published the first time.
v Submission of conference papers may be considered if such papers have been re-written completely and authors dully permitted by the copyright owners where the papers were previously copyrighted.
v Manuscript should be submitted as attachment to: ujome@unimaid.edu.ng
v Manuscript should be accompanied with evidence of payment of non-refundable review fee of N5,000.00.
v Article processing charges (APC) of N25,000.00 should be paid as publication fee for the accepted papers. APC may be reviewed at any moment as situation warrants.
v An extra hardcopy fee is N7,000.00.
